Winsome has over 20 years of experience working as a Physiotherapist in both private and public hospitals and private practice in Geelong and Melbourne.

Since completing both her Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) and Masters in Neurological Physiotherapy at the University of Melbourne, she has gained extensive skills and experience across a broad range of areas. These include rehabilitation after orthopaedic and neurological trauma or surgery, chronic pain, recovery after stroke or major illness, helping people with Parkinson’s disease, vertigo and falls and balance. She is also a Clinical Pilates Instructor and looks to provide a holistic whole body approach to her clients using evidence based practice.

While still working at a private hospital in Geelong, Winsome has joined the team at Own Body so she can work more closely with clients at home to help them achieve their long term goals and hope to make a real difference to people’s lives.

Outside of work, Winsome can be seen around the Surf Coast with her family and three active children, down at the beach, walking her energetic Brittany or hitting the trails on her mountain bike.
