Tracey Julius | Own Body Physiotherapist

Tracey Julius

Physiotherapist

Tracey has a broad academic and professional background extending beyond physiotherapy to include heart and diabetes research, personal training, and international development. This means that Tracey draws on a very wide scope of knowledge and life experience when guiding clients through their rehabilitation journey.

Within physiotherapy, Tracey has experience across a broad range of settings, including private practice, hospital and aged care physiotherapy. Tracey has developed a special interest in musculoskeletal conditions, rehabilitation following surgery, and women’s health. Whatever the case, she enjoys developing positive partnerships with her clients in order to assist them in achieving meaningful goals.

In her spare time, Tracey enjoys venturing to the great outdoors to rock climb, kayak, and hike. In fact she and her husband Tom, also a physiotherapist with Own Body, recently walked 3000km across the length of New Zealand.
