After graduating from The University of Queensland in 2014 with First Class Honours

Lauren went on to start her Physiotherapy career in private practice. She has extensive experience in treating musculoskeletal and sporting injuries, post operative sub-acute to high level rehabilitation, clinical Pilates and whiplash associated disorders.

In 2020 Lauren relocated to Geelong where she worked in both a sports medicine clinic as well as a home visit Physiotherapist providing care to primarily Home Care Package clients. It is here that she found her love for community Physiotherapy, and has experience in prescribing falls prevention programs and upon relocating back to Brisbane 4 years later she joined Own Body to continue providing care to clients in their homes.

Outside of work, Lauren is a mother to her two children and enjoys family adventures on weekends.
