Kelly Gailis graduated from the University of South Australia in 1999, and is an experienced Physiotherapist and Pilates Instructor whose main scope of practice has been in the field of women’s health, Clinical Pilates, exercise-based rehabilitation, general musculoskeletal and sports injuries.
Kelly enjoys travelling, and has practised in a wide range of public and private settings both in Australia and the UK, including being Physiotherapist to the Australian Defence Force for 16 years where she accumulated experience in the diagnosis and management of sports and combat training related injuries and post-operative rehabilitation.
Kelly has extensive experience in Clinical Pilates having completed DMA levels 1-4 as well as Polestar Pilates (rehabilitation).  Due to her experience in Clinical Pilates, Kelly developed and implemented a Pilates-based spinal rehabilitation class in a hospital in NW London.   She has also led individual and group Pilates classes, as well as pre and post natal Pilates, pre and post natal fitness and ‘mums and bubs’ classes.
Outside of work, Kelly loves animals and regularly volunteers at Maneki Neko Cat Rescue and Sunny Days Rescue and Rehab.  She enjoys keeping fit by doing yoga and Pilates, but also enjoys binge-watching Netflix shows with her husband and three cats.
