Lou is an Occupational Therapist with over 25 years’ experience graduating in 1995 from Latrobe University in Melbourne. Her experience spans clinical roles in acute, subacute, community and private practice, and management roles in subacute and packaged care. Lou has a post graduate degree in Gerontology and has a strong interest in aged care, dementia, palliative care, hoarding, MND and complex equipment prescription.

Lou enjoys a challenge and finding solutions to the out of the ordinary situations. She has extensive experience in complex equipment prescription, SWEP and Geat2Go funding applications, and working with package providers to find the best outcome for their clients.

Lou’s personal interests include gardening, fostering animals, bush camping and spending time with friends and family.
