Lexi is an experienced Physiotherapist with over 15 years in clinical practice, graduating from The University of Queensland with First Class Honours. She has developed a broad skillset across musculoskeletal, orthopaedic and neurological rehabilitation, with further experience in chronic pain, Parkinson’s disease management, women’s health and athletic conditioning. She also brings extensive experience in Clinical Pilates, using movement-based rehabilitation to support strength, control and functional recovery.
Lexi combines her clinical expertise with a personalised approach, helping each client regain strength, independence, and confidence in their daily life. She enjoys working with a diverse range of clients—from those managing complex and chronic conditions through to individuals returning to higher levels of activity—always with a focus on improving function and supporting long-term independence.
Since joining Own Body, Lexi has particularly valued the opportunity to work with clients in their own environment, allowing for more meaningful, personalised care.
Outside of work, she enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors on the Sunshine Coast with her young family.
