If you’re getting over and injury, feeling uninspired with your gym or just feeling “Too Unfit To Exercise” TUTE is a great fitness option for you. Supervised by an experienced physiotherapist, outdoor small group exercise classes will you about exercising the right way for your Own Body.
With a focus on strength, balance and endurance and FUN, TUTE is designed to improve your wellbeing with a range of difference exercise options that will help you achieve your Own goals in a friendly atmosphere.
Our philosophy is focussed on an individual approach to teach people about their Own Bodies and about exercising the right way to achieve efficient, effective and sustainable results.
