Join the Own Body Cycling Club for free social rides twice monthly. Meet and ride with fellow cycling enthusiasts (all levels) and share a yummy breakfast afterwards – a great way to get active and motivated with new friends. Beginner, intermediate and advanced groups- choose your group based on experience and fitness level. Perfect for new riders or those wanting to expand their community of cycling buddies.

Richmond Yarra River Trail
(Sundays, bike path with option for Kew Boulevard)
Meet at Total Rush Cafe (click here for map) at 7.45am, a very short cruise to the Capital City Trail and off we go! Meet back at Total Rush at 9.30am for coffee and/or breakfast at the cafe. Beach Road to Belgian Beer Cafe (Eureka Towers)
(Saturdays, Beach Road OR bike path)
Meet in Port Melbourne (Corner Princes St and Beach St) at 7.30am and ride along Beach Road or the adjacent bike path. Meet back at Port Melbourne at 9.15am and together cruise to the Belgian Beer Cafe under Eureka Towers. Membership to their cycling breakfast club is $70 for the WHOLE YEAR! Please note, Own Body staff are not qualified cycling instructors. We cannot teach you how to ride, nor can we take responsibility for your safety. What we CAN do is introduce you to a friendly group cyclists who will share with you their own knowledge and tips for keeping safe and enjoying the road!
