Own Body believes there is more to health and fitness than pushy gyms, fashionable clothes and intimidating instructors. Unlike the dime-a-dozen injury causing Boot camps out there Boost Groups are run by qualified Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists, and are specially designed to cater to YOU, your GOALS, and your BODY.
Why train with instructors with university qualifications? Our experience and training teaches us to continually modify, tweak and improve your technique to ensure you get the most out of your workout and cater to your injuries and goals.
With a focus on strength, agility, empowerment, cardiovascular fitness and FUN, Boost Groups are outdoor group exercise classes designed to improve your wellbeing with a range of difference exercise options that will help you achieve your Own goals in a friendly atmosphere.
Our philosophy is focussed on an individual approach to teach people about their Own Bodies and about exercising the right way to achieve efficient, effective and sustainable results. So look out summer, here we come!
